Ginkgo biloba (Ming The Weeper) or (Ming Weeping) It is not an established cultivar, but never the less quite an intresting form. it is a slection given to us by Mr. Charles E Hunter, Iowa, U.S.A. from a plant growing in a street. The name attached to the tree is beacuse the branchlets are quite pendulous. From information provided, we know that it is a female and produces slighlty slightly smaller than normal fruit/seeds. From the images kindly supplied by Charles we estimate the tree to be in the regions of 6-8m, the overall size can only be estimated at 15-20 m.
