Ginkgo biloba 'Katlan' is probaly a male form (as no friut have ben observed on trees). It is a Hungarian selection, introduced by Dr. med. Barabits from Sopron, Hungary.  It has a good columnar habit, growing about 8-10 m high and it has been used obstensively as a street tree. As it matures the crown develops into an umbrella shape. In some years very good autumn colour has been reported.
